A general partnership with ten loans to banks and funds, the tax authority and social security. We handled the out-of-court restructuring and kept the business operating.

Before: A general partnership with two co-debtors (the general partners) and total debt of €1,381,373: about €1,342,000 across ten loans to banks and servicers (Intrum, Cepal, doValue, Alpha), €32,500 to the tax authority and €6,600 to the social security collection centre. The business could no longer service any of it and faced closure.
Outcome: Entry into the out-of-court mechanism, with the proposal approved: €998,151 written off — 72% of the total debt. Loans were restructured over up to 240 installments, tax and social security debt over 180–240 installments, with enforcement measures suspended. The business kept operating normally on a sustainable monthly installment.
